REFERRAL

Talk to your doctor or healthcare professional about sending a referral to us for you to see your preferred clinician.

WAIT FOR OUR CALL

If your preferred clinician can accept your referral, we will contact you by phone to schedule your first appointment.

CHECK YOUR INBOX

Check your inbox for important info and your mobile phone for SMS reminders. Let us know if your availability changes.

ATTEND APPOINTMENT

Arrive 15 minutes early to fill in forms and enjoy a refreshment in our beautiful clinic while you wait to meet with your clinician.

PRESCRIPTIONS IN BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS

REPEAT SCRIPTS ONLY

Scripts should be sought during your appointment. In most cases your GP may be able to provide the script you require.

EMAIL YOUR REQUEST

Email the name, strength and dose of the medication you are requesting a repeat script for to the admin team via hello@goodgroupclinic.au

EXTRA INFO

It may help to explain to your doctor why a script is required outside of your scheduled appointment.

YOUR REQUEST WILL BE FORWARDED

The admin team will forward your request to your doctor for their review and possible action

AWAIT RESPONSE

We will let you know the outcome of your request. If you haven't heard back within 48 hours, please feel free to follow up with us.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE CRISIS CARE

Our clinicians do not provide acute care, an on-call service, or admission to hospital.

If you require urgent help, dial 000, or attend your local Emergency Department.

we ARE A PRIVATE FEE BILLING CLINIC

The Good Group Clinic is not a bulk billing practice.

Our clinicians set their fees based upon the rates set by the Australian Medical Association.

Payment is required in full on the day of your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our clinicians charge fees for late cancellations and appointment non-attendance. The fee is not eligible for a Medicare rebate.

STAY CONNECTED

We communicate important information about your appointments and the clinic via telephone, email, and SMS.

Please keep an eye on your phone and inbox to stay up-to-date, and be sure to let us know if your contact details change.
